Dragon Fruit Jalapeño Margarita
These are my favorite margaritas to make! They have sweet, spice, and everything nice to put some "pep-in my-step" at any summer bash or soiree! So, what are you waiting for...plug in the blender and crack open the tequila for these beauties!

Margarita 1 dragon fruit, rough outer skin removed and chopped 1 batch Palm Sugar-Jalapeño Simple Syrup ¼ cup fresh lime juice for blender, plus 1 lime juiced for rim 2 oz Reposado tequila Palm Sugar-Jalapeño Simple Syrup ¾ cup water 2 tbsp palm sugar ½ jalapeño, sliced Spicy Salted Rim 1 tbsp sea salt 1 tbsp palm sugar 1 tbsp chili powder
Margarita Add ingredients to a blender filled with ice. Pulse until smooth.
Dip glass into lime juice and then roll it in the spiced salt.
Fill glass with fresh ice and pour blended margarita over ice.
Garnish: Spiced Salted Rim Mixture, Lime Wheel, Dragon Fruit Slice, Jalapeño Slices in glass.
Palm Sugar-Jalapeño Simple Syrup Pour water into a saucepan over high heat.
Add palm sugar and jalapeño.
Allow mixture to come to a boil and then turnoff heat. Let me mixture infuse and cool for 20 minutes.
Strain mixture to eliminate seeds. Reserve.
