Everyone loves pasta! There is something so comforting in a generous portion of carbohydrates. Trained in the French cuisine, having worked under a famous Italian chef, and self taught in a variety of global cuisines, I truly believe that pasta is the international crowd pleaser. Slathered in pesto, drenched in a beautiful bolognese, crusted in creamy feta, surrounded by a sesame soy marinade, the sheer simplicity of noodles lend themselves to an endless flavor palate.
