There is something so pure about awakening your body each morning. Breakfast gives your body the opportunity to recharge, reshape, and resolve to strengthen your day ahead. I am all about bountiful bowls; ancient grains, oatmeal, smoothie, and the like. I incorporate good fats like rich seeds and nuts. I elevate with energy-rich fruits. I combine strengthening butter and sweet jams. I drizzle with natural sweeteners and syrups. There are also plenty of sumptuous, savory options for those who prefer a powerful punch of meats, eggs, and carbs!
